Facility Rental

Rates for Special Events at Light of the World

All activities come with a free 30 minute set-up period before the event and a 30 minute clean-up period. If additional set-up and clean-up time is required, they will be charged at the normal rates for the room. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Classroom:

$85 for the first 2 hours. Deposit is equal to the initial 2-hour rental. 

Additional hours are $42.50

 

Café:

$175 for the first 2 hours. Deposit is equal to the initial 2-hour rental. 

Additional hours are $87.50

 

Sanctuary:

$325 for the first 2 hours. Deposit is equal to the initial 2-hour rental. 

Additional hours are $162.50

 

Janitorial Rates:

$75 and up depending on the size and scope of the activity

 

Additional Costs:

There may be additional charge to have a staff member on site to unlock and lock up the facility as well as handle any logistical issues that arise during the rental period.

 

Member’s personal use rental:

33% of Normal Rate (plus Janitorial)

 

Rooms rented for 1 hour will still be charged the initial room rental rate which is good for up to 2 hours.
